So, here I am asking for some help. I need someone to please explain to me the appeal of John McCain. He is no conservative by any stretch of the imagination. I thought that we were all so frustrated with Bush for not living up to the conservative that we all hoped he would be. So now people are thinking that John McCain or Mike Huckabee are plausible choices for president?
Both of these candidates are liberal in SO many ways. Isn't that what we don't want? What about real conservatives like Duncan Hunter or Fred Thompson????????? Why are people not looking at voting records, bills that were put forth by the various candidates that are running in this election????? It is making me crazy. Are we that stupid? Please I hope not. Someone help me out here.
